Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this site. Here’s how it’s built, and how to tell us if it isn’t working.

Last updated 25 September 2026

Our aim

Everyone should be able to find out about debt solutions and get the help they need, whatever their ability. That includes people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, a magnifier or voice control, and people who find reading or forms hard.

This statement covers the MoneyEase website. MoneyEase is a trading style of SLWB Ltd. We keep working to make the site easier to use, and we welcome your feedback.

How accessible this site is

We design and build the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That’s our target. So far the site has been checked by the team who built it, not by an independent auditor, so there may be problems we haven’t found yet.

Independent audit: we haven’t had one yet. When we do, we’ll publish the date, who carried it out and what they found here.

What we’ve done

  • Colour contrast: text has been checked against its background to meet at least the WCAG AA contrast level.
  • Keyboard: you can use the site and our form with a keyboard alone.
  • Visible focus: a clear outline shows where you are as you move around with the keyboard, coloured to stand out on each background.
  • Screen readers: pages use proper headings, landmarks and form labels. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers, and meaningful ones have text descriptions.
  • Reduced motion: if your device is set to reduce motion, our animations are switched off or held still.
  • Our form: it asks one question at a time and keeps your answers for up to 7 days, so you can take a break, go back a step or return later without starting again. If something needs changing, it tells you what in words.

What may not work well

To finish our form, you confirm your mobile number with a code sent by text. If you can’t receive texts, or find this step hard, call us on 0161 854 0850 and we’ll help you over the phone.

We link to other websites, such as MoneyHelper. We don’t control them, so we can’t make sure they’re accessible.

Prefer to talk, or need another format?

You don’t have to use the website at all. You can do everything by phone: your assessment, your advice and managing your debt solution. Call us on 0161 854 0850 (standard rate, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).

We can also give you information in other formats, such as large print. Just ask.

Tell us about a problem

If you find something hard to use, please tell us which page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 5 working days, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

  • Email: [email protected], with “Accessibility” in the subject
  • Phone: 0161 854 0850 (standard rate, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)
  • Post: Accessibility, SLWB Ltd, Second Floor A, Cheadle Place, Cheadle, Cheshire, England, SK8 2JX

You don’t have to sort this out alone

Tell us roughly what you owe and we’ll show you what could help. It takes two minutes, won’t affect your credit score, and there’s no obligation.
